Call the Medicare Plus Concierge to urgently assist you to the nearest accredited hospital.
TIP: Bring a printed copy of your Letter of Authorization (LOA) on your scheduled appointment. If you don’t have a printed copy of your LOA, you need to proceed to the HMO Department. Skip this step by bringing a printed LOA with you.
